About Course

A hands-on continuing education program for professionals who want to use AI to research, write, analyze and organize everyday work — while keeping human review and protecting business information.

Who it is for

Administrative staff, consultants, small business owners and team leaders. Requirement: basic computer skills.

What you will achieve

  • Build a reusable workflow for research and document production, with a checklist to catch unsupported claims.
  • Leave with “before and after” work samples and an AI use procedure to discuss with your manager.
  • Know how to judge when a paid AI tool is worth it and when manual work is safer.

Courses in the program

The program combines 4 eight-hour courses in sequence, for a total of 32 hours.

Generative AI at Work — Intermediate

Refine instructions, verify sources and produce complete documents from real, anonymized cases.

IAT103 · 8 h

IAT104 · 8 h

Planned breakdown: 10 h of guided instruction + 14 h of structured practice + 8 h of assessed activities. These components are already included in the total hours.
