Who it is for

Learners who have completed the Technology Entrepreneurship courses and want a polished, portfolio-ready package for their venture.

Prerequisites

ENT101 through ENT106, including your validation report, MVP, go-to-market plan and financial model.

What you will be able to do

  • Synthesize validation, MVP and market evidence into a coherent venture narrative
  • Produce a 10-12 slide pitch deck with a bottom-up market estimate and clear next steps
  • Record a five-minute pitch that states the problem, evidence, model and plan within time
  • Write a 90-day launch plan with objectives, key results, owners, budget and risk responses

Lessons

  • Lesson 1 · Project brief and scope
  • Lesson 2 · Milestones and method
  • Lesson 3 · Quality checklist and common mistakes
  • Lesson 4 · Deliverables, rubric and submission

Lab: Pitch deck, recorded pitch and launch plan

You assemble your deck in Google Slides or Canva, link your financial model and dashboard as appendices and record a five-minute pitch with OBS Studio or your computer's built-in recorder. You then write a 90-day launch plan with OKRs and a weekly milestone table.

Free tools: Google Slides or Canva free plan, OBS Studio (free), Google Sheets and Looker Studio

Assessed assignment

Submit four items: a 10-12 slide pitch deck, a recorded pitch of no more than five minutes, a 90-day launch plan of two to three pages and an appendix with your evidence (interview synthesis, MVP metrics, financial model and cap table). The deck must follow a clear narrative from problem to ask or next step and present only truthful, sourced numbers. The launch plan must include three objectives with measurable key results, a weekly milestone table, a budget within your affordable loss or available funds, and a risk register with responses. Include a short reflection on what the evidence says about whether and how to proceed.

Criterion Weight What excellent work looks like
Evidence and narrative 30% The story flows from a sharp problem to a credible solution, and every major claim is backed by interview, MVP or market evidence.
Business and market logic 25% The market estimate is bottom-up and plausible, and the business model, pricing and unit economics are consistent with the financial model.
Pitch delivery 20% The recording stays within five minutes, is clear and confident, and highlights the most important evidence and next step.
Launch plan quality 25% OKRs are measurable, milestones are realistic and sequenced, the budget is explicit and risks have concrete responses.

Portfolio piece

A complete venture package: pitch deck, recorded pitch, 90-day launch plan and evidence appendix.

Self-paced, 12-month access. Questions are answered in writing through the student panel. A completion record is issued when you finish the course.
